Outpatient Teletherapy Services​

As of June 7, 2021, the state of emergency in New York state has been lifted. Some insurance companies may continue to cover telehealth services, however we encourage parents to contact their insurance company to obtain specific coverage details as this may vary by plan. 
​
If you or your child have cold symptoms, have been exposed to COVID and/or are in quarantine, your session may be provided via teletherapy instead. Please call our office with any changes or questions.
 
To schedule an evaluation please submit our online intake form HERE. To schedule follow up visits via teletherapy, please call 585-258-3811.

  • Private pay options are available for both evaluations and treatment.

A note on evaluations - It is up to the individual provider to determine if an evaluation via video conferencing is appropriate. Depending on the presenting concerns, it may be recommended that the initial evaluation is rescheduled when services can be provided face-to-face.
