Services
Step by Step & Sprout Therapy Group has been a leading pediatric therapy provider in Rochester and Syracuse for more than 20 years.
Our approach begins with holistic, client-centered evaluations that look at the whole child—their strengths, challenges, interests, and goals. We focus on what matters most to each child and family, considering developmental level alongside age to create meaningful, individualized care.
Families are at the heart of everything we do. We partner closely with caregivers in goal setting, treatment planning, and home programming, while honoring each family’s values, culture, and unique circumstances. We strive to create a supportive, respectful environment where every child and family feels heard, valued, and understood.

Our occupational therapy services support children in developing the skills they need for daily activities, learning, and play. We work with children experiencing challenges in fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, self-care tasks, attention, and feeding, as well as those with conditions such as brachial plexus injury or motor difficulties related to stroke or cerebral palsy.

Our speech therapy services provide individualized support to meet each child’s unique communication needs. We work with children experiencing challenges in expressive and receptive language, speech clarity, auditory processing, social communication, and fluency, including stuttering. We are also offering parent-child groups for children who are just beginning their speech journey.

Feeding services are designed to provide parents with an understanding of the likely causes of their child’s feeding difficulties and the tools to support positive, enjoyable mealtimes.
